The successful candidates will be responsible to maximize Human Resources Department, especially in Industrial Relation Aspect. He will develop Industrial Relations Strategy new sales strategy to create a harmonious working atmosphere. He will also be responsible for Bipartite or Tripartite processed. Also maintain a beatific relation with Government Institutions.
Qualification:
- Male preferable
- Candidate staleness possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Law graduate preferable)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related earth is required for this position.
- Will be handle 4 staffs
- Applicants should be Asiatic citizens or stop relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Job role in Employee/Labor Relation or General HR.
- Experience in handling Industrial Relationship, Dispute as well as Personnel matters (Jamsostek, Overtime, database, etc)
- Having knowledge about Asiatic Labor Law
- Good communication skills
- Able to impact in a team, hornlike working, honest, discipline & can impact under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to communicate in English (oral & written)
