Description
- Actively assists the settlement unit in ensuring the smoothness of daily activities
- Ensures that all other settlement functions are well-executed and managed on a daily basis
- Assists unit head in overseeing daily operations and administrations and to ensure there is no unaccountable backlog in each unit
- Assists unit head in resolving simple inquiries and service requests during the course of the processing day in timely manner. Resolves complex inquiries with the support of other areas and the unit head
- Assists unit head in maintaining / exceed 'straight through processing' rate determined, working together with client services, account managers, and customers to improve rate
Qualifications
- Good analytical skills and can work under pressure condition
- Energetic, accurate and has operational multi tasking ability
- Understand Indonesian capital market regulation
- Good capital market knowledge (have brokerage license or fund manager license would be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of SWIFT specially for MT 54X
- Ability to operate settlement system CBEST and BI-SSSS is a must
- Can manage team work and has good supervisory skills
